Where to take an eligible date November

The weather may be getting colder, and the days shorter but that shouldn't stop you from making the most of what the city has to offer. If you're trying to impress an eligible date, here are our top tips for November:

Helicopter Ride, Battersea

If you really want to make an impression why don't you surprise your date by taking her on a Helicopter Ride over London. With incredibly views and a selection of routes The London Helicopter Company is a great idea. They even have an after dark route in case you're worried of the days drawing shorter. Prices start from just £150 per person and you can go all the way from Kew to Canary Wharf. What fun!

Champagne Tasting At Berry Brothers, St James St

If you fancy doing something a bit more grounded but still want to treat her to a special occasion I highly recommend a trip to Berry Brothers for one of their events.  On the 14th of November they have an evening of Champagne tasting with a wide selection of some of the most delicious Louis Roedere champagnes.  If you prefer wine tasting they have a jam packed event diary so check out their site for more info - but be warned, tickets book up fast.

Ten Tastes Of Soho, Soho

If you fancy doing something that little bit different a half day walking food tour could be just the trick. This 'London From Scratch' guide takes you down the hidden gems and quirky alleys of London's Soho, stopping to enjoy some foodie hot-spots. You'll munch your way through a ten course taster menu of some of London's most delicious food and get a bit of history and culture whilst doing so. This tour is guided by Michelle Francis who is the ex-restaurateur and and host of the Marylebone Scratch SupperClub.  The price is £59 per person and there will never more any more than ten people on your tour so it will be a lovely intimate occasion.

Design Your Own Perfume, Jermyn Street, Belgravia Or Ebury Street

For a real treat and something sensual and seductive why not book an appointment to make your own scent. Floris perfumer has various locations in London to suit and has wonderful experiences whereby you can create a 100ml customised Eau de Parfum of your choice. You start by selecting from their Fine Fragrance range and from there their perfumer will help you create a scent especially for you, adding whatever touches you like to make it just as you like it. Scents are great for creating memories so if you think she's a keeper, this is definitely a great suggestion.

Champagne Drinks, Searcys St Pancras

A fantastically simple yet glamorous suggestion is to head for some champagne at Searcys in St Pancras. With the longest champagne bar in Europe Searcys has an extensive list of delicious bubbles to choose from and has fabulous accompaniments such as oysters and cheese for you and your date to delve into. It's a fabulous spot for people watching and if you're feeling really adventurous and get on famously you can always jump on the Eurostar for a quick trip to Paris or Brussels....
